Box Bowls Club is a club that welcomes both the seasoned player and those that wish to try this wonderful sport for the first time!
We are a welcoming club that values diversity and is proud to promote inclusivity and accessibility.
At Box Bowls Club we strive to create a positive playing and social experience for everyone, both for casual and competitive players, and enable a performance pathway for those who wish to take a competitive approach.
We welcome players of all ages, from all backgrounds and of all abiliites and experience. We are supportive, appreciative and thoughtful in our approach to making this a sportive pastime anyone can enjoy.
New to Bowls?
We are always looking to welcome new members to the club.
We play a 'round-up' every Monday evening from 6pm and this is the ideal opportunity for anyone who is interested in giving the sport a try, to come along for a try.
We offer coaching, guidance and have all the equipment needed to give Bowls a try!
Our Club
For our club, the jewel in the crown is our fantastic flat grass green, professionally maintained throughout the whole year.
Our clubhouse is wholly accessible and benefits from a full stocked licensed bar, kitchen and lounge / dining area. We also have changing rooms and a seated viewing area for players and guests.
Our clubhouse is also available to hire through Box Parish Council, during the 'off' season (September to April)
